About Us

The Language of Compassion LLC was founded by LaKesha Dent with a belief that everyone deserves kindness, dignity, and meaningful connection.

As a mother and caregiver, LaKesha has spent years nurturing others and helping them build a foundation for their future. Moving to North Carolina marked a new beginning and an opportunity to pursue her longtime dream of supporting seniors and families.

Our seniors paved the way for us. Our mission is to honor their contributions through compassionate support that respects their independence and helps them feel valued.

We are preparing to offer in-home care services and developing Adopt a Grandparent, a community outreach program designed to bring companionship, celebration, and connection to local seniors.
